Session Brief:
In India, renewables have transcended a threshold of price, which has made them attractive for integration in the country’s Energy Basket. The Session will have key policymakers and stakeholders to dwell upon the plans to continue and escalate the integration of renewable energy into India’s energy basket to achieve 40% share of installed capacity by 2030. 

It would deliberate on future technologies and innovation around storage system for making round the clock renewable energy a reality and thereby address the issue of Grid Stability with higher proportion of Renewable energy.  

Discussion Points:
•    Will changes in Renewable costs lead to ups and downs in their growth?
•    How are renewables expected to logically lead the net additions?
•    How can adequate returns be ensured for players by bringing latest technology and managing the risks?
•    How round the clock renewable energy be made available at affordable cost.
